We at Natsunoya Tea House value the health and wellbeing of our community. It is our utmost priority to keep our family, friends, and community members safe, especially during such uncertain times.

We continue to stay informed and follow the CDC’s and Department of Health’s Recommendations and Guidelines. At Natsunoya we are taking proactive measures and have implemented new policies and procedures to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.

Based on CDC & Dept. of Health Recommendations, we have implemented the following changes to our policies and procedures:

Hygiene - employees are required to wash their hands between handling food and beverages - after serving and cleaning up customer's dishes; and if currency (cash, check, or credit cards) are exchanged. Motion Sensing Hand Sanitation Stations are provided around the Tea House for your use.

Common touch surfaces (i.e., door knobs, counter tops, etc.) are being disinfected multiple times a day.. Groups larger than 10 should minimize, if eliminating is not possible, handshakes and hugs. If you are physically ill - cold, flu symptom, respiratory challenges, etc. please help to keep our community healthy and practice social distancing.

Social Distancing - per the CDC, approximately 6' perimeter should be kept.
